RETURN POLICY

Personalised orders are NON-RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED once placed, due to the custom made processes involved.
OriginalPeople will make a fair attempt to offer alternatives that address your concern.

BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY

Check the confirmation email with the order details (design, colour, size and text) and your address. You can correct any errors within 12 hours using the link in the confirmation email. After this time, 12 hours, no changes are possible. You must contact us if you don’t receive an email confirmation, directly after completing your purchase.

We are not responsible for the following errors: spelling errors, errors in customer addresses, errors in the selection of the graphical elements and parameters (such as figures, colours, quantities and sizes). Nor are we responsible for any damages that occur after the product is shipped to the customer.
In case you choose the Revise option without any comment, we will make the design according to what we think is the best. If you have specific requests, you must write them in the comment box below the option. Remember: some things cannot be changed!

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

OriginalPeople offers Standard or Express shipping options. We will send the order when all products are produced, in one joint delivery. Delivery will be made within a maximum period of two weeks.Note that, once the product leaves our facilities, the delivery date can be affected by many factors we can’t control. In any case, if a significant delay occurs, please contact us.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

OriginalPeople offers the following payment methods: credit card and PayPal.If you pay by credit card, the amount will be charged directly. If we do not receive approval from the card issuer, we will inform you so you can use another payment method.If you pay by PayPal, you will receive an email confirmation with the status of your transaction.

MODIFICATIONS

Original People S.L. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove parts of the Terms and Conditions, at any time. Changes in the Terms and Conditions will be effective upon publication. Continued use of the website and/or services made available on or through the website after any changes have been posted, will be considered acceptance of those changes.

We collect name and email addresses for sending out confirmation emails, information about our service, collect feedback around customer experience etc.

B. Customer Data In-House

1. At the time of order

When you purchase a product in one of our webshops, we collect the following information:
- First and last name
- Shipping address details
- Email address
- Phone number
- Payment details through PayPal or Braintree
- Email address related to PayPal or Braintree

All these details we store for handling your order, to prepare shipping, to collect payment and collect “after delivery feedback”. Also we use these data to inform about delivery, payment issues, refunds, confirmation of changes in your order etc.

The above information will be stored in our database for 6 years, as demanded by the Tax Department (Hacienda) in Spain. In case there has been any relevant communication by email about the order or payment/refunds, we will also save that information for the 6 years that we have to, for tax inspection reasons.

Information is collected via our website order form, contact form, PayPal and/or Braintree or via email. Some of these functions generate a confirmation email automatically, e.g. order confirmation emails.
